Activities for Singles Travel and Single People

At Friendship Travel we understand that some clients like to have a wide range of activities on offer during their holiday or break. To make it easier for you to find a destination with these activities included, we have summarised the details below.

Clients can take part in Yoga sessions at a number of our hotels. In Turkey we have specific ‘Well Being’ weeks where our UK teacher will be staying at the 4Reasons Hotel in Bodrum and we have included 4 Yoga sessions and one Reflexology or Reki Treatment in the Holiday package. 2012 dates are 24 September. We also offer daily sessions of Yoga at the BodyHoliday at in St Lucia , with extra classes and courses offered in June 2011 Click here and at LaSource in Grenada we have daily Yoga classes every week of the year Click here

We do not offer specific Golf Holidays, but do have Golf available at a number of our resorts.  

LaSource in Grenada, has a 9 hole course within the resort and equipment and tuition is included in the holiday price. 

The BodyHoliday in St.Lucia, has a Golf academy at the resort included in the price, plus they offer discounted green fees at the local 18-hole course.

Velamar Hotel near Albuferia in Portugal, enables clients to book and play at a number of courses in the area.

Jewel Dunn's River Resort in Jamaica, has a 9 hole pitch and put course within the resort. Equipment is included in your holiday cost.

Donnington Valley Hotel, is located in Newbury only a 20 minute drive from Reading or 60 minutes from London. The hotel has an 18 hole course which guests can pay a discounted rate to play.

The Island of Corsica and the resort of San Luciano Beach Resort offer excellent facilities and activities in June and September 2012. These include Sailing, Windsurfing, Canoeing, VolleyBall, Fitness programmes and much more all included in the price. Optional extras include Tennis, Mountain Bike tours and guided tours. Walking Weekends in the New Forest and Harrogate – UK. Enjoy a 2 night stay in the New Forest staying in the town of Lyndhurst which is 10 miles west of Southampton. Our package includes half board accommodation, 2 fully guided walks and an illustrated talk.
