Red Sea Riviera

4* Plus Baron Palms Resort - Sharm El Sheikh

We are delighted to offer this luxury hotel in Egypt’s most popular holiday resort.

The Red Sea Riviera offers fabulous weather, with daytime temperatures typically between 22-29° C while the sea itself is in the mid 20°s C throughout the year! You can join your Friendship host for a great four-star plus break – choose a week or ten days, depending how much time you can take out of your schedule.

In between the Baron Resort and the Baron Palms resort is - Baron Shopping Boulevard, where guests have additional shops, restaurants & bars all payable locally.

Sharm El Sheikh sits on the tip of the Sinai desert peninsula, beside the sparkling turquoise sea. Behind Sharm the desert landscape climbs up to the peaks of Mount Catherine and Mount Sinai itself, while the coastal oases are bordered by palm trees and carefully-tended gardens.

Egypt really does offer superb value and you will find a high staff to guest ratio for attentive and friendly service. Because there is so much space along the coast, development is low-rise and spread out, giving a luxurious sense of space.

Dive sites near Sharm include Ras Nasrani at the southern end of the Straits of Tiran, where the coral reef ‘flowers’ in crystal clear water and the fishy sightings could include barracudas and even turtles. The ‘Coral Garden’ off Tiran Island offers the chance to see angel fish, butterfly fish and banner fish while in Shark Bay the diverse wildlife includes parrotfish, grouper, wrasse and rays. Closer to home – in fact on the left side of the hotel’s own private beach – is another coral area just right for divers and snorkelers.
