Agreement for use of the Friendship Travel Chat Room:

In order to use this Chat Room, you must register and create a user name and password, linked to an email address which you will need in order to log on. In order to register, you must accept the following terms and conditions:

You agree to use the room for the purpose of posting comments about holidays that you have experienced; providing information based on your holiday experience for the benefit of others and answering questions from other participants about the holidays you have taken with Friendship Travel. Also for general holiday conversations and renewing contact with others that you have met on holiday with Friendship Travel.

You agree not to enter into debate about any individual issue/complaint, which must be taken up with the company direct; nor to post anything that can be construed as offensive, harassing, illegal or is connected to illegal activities. You will also not post any material, which is subject to copyright and not owned by yourself.

You also agree not to promote any other product, Company or service unless you have obtained prior permission direct from Friendship Travel.

All conversations must be polite and not abusive or threatening to other users of the chat room who must always be treated with respect.

By entering this agreement, you are confirming that you are over 21 years of age and that you understand that all information posted becomes public information and you are fully responsible for any information you supply. It is recommended that you do not post any personal information without careful consideration.

Whilst we have no prior control over information that is posted, we will remove anything that does not conform to the agreement, together with any links that are found which are deemed to be inappropriate.

Data will automatically be removed from the Chat Room every 7 days or sooner if traffic is high.
