 Here comes Summer!Welcome back – if you are an old friend. And a warm ‘hello’ if you have not yet travelled with us. It doesn’t matter to us why you holiday alone: you may be single, divorced, widowed or simply find your partner can’t take time off. What matters is that you have a great time with Friendship Travel. Quite simply, our holidays are for single travellers who are open to meeting other interesting people. We are not a dating agency and we do not try to pair people off. Every holiday attracts a mix of men and women of all ages and interests. Our holidays have one thing in common: the Friendship host. They are there when you want them - and in the background when you do not. I truly believe they are the best in the business! It has been a busy year for the Friendship team and we have enjoyed meeting many guests during our travels. I fly around the European resorts throughout the season to monitor our holidays and ensure we deliver more than you expect from your Friendship holiday. Once again this year our ‘house party’ properties received outstanding reviews – so do look at the feedback tables as you read the brochure. We are all affected by the current economic situation – and I know you will compare prices before you book. All I ask is that you check the small print – particularly when it comes to what is included in the price. I believe Friendship Travel include more in every way, from a bigger choice of regional flights and a welcome bottle of cold water when you land, to quality wine and mineral water with dinner – not to mention the best hosts on hand whenever you need them. And for 2009 we’ve gone even further. For instance, the Villa Aurora in Turkey is going all-inclusive – so all lunches, snacks and even drinks are now included in the price! At Caesar’s Gardens on the island of Rhodes we have included the lunch BBQ and after four years we have returned to the 4-star Playa Esmeralda Hotel on Fuerteventura for a great value all-inclusive package.
