An international tourism fair is currently taking place in Zagreb, Croatia in an event that marks the beginning of summer.
The Crotour, which began yesterday and will run until 12 May, aims at helping tourism organisations from around the world, offering fresh suggestions in purchasing and developing new ideas. Crotour will also showcase a promotion called The Best in Croatia, which exhibits the best the nation has to give, highlights natural beauties, historical localities, events and customs, and much more.
It is jointly organised by the Croatian Ministry of Tourism, the Croatian National Board and The World Tourism Organisation (WTO).
The international event is a further indication of Croatia’s standing as one of the most popular holiday destinations in the world, with tourism officials from other countries flocking to the nation to pick up tips from their blossoming trade.
