Your Coronavirus Questions Answered

Everyone at Friendship Travel understands you probably have concerns about travelling or booking a holiday right now. This is a fast-moving issue and we, like you, are guided by UK Government advice, which is regularly updated.

All Friendship Travel holidays in March have been cancelled and many in April have been cancelled. We will email you details on this, you do not need to contact us. Please bear with us and wait for a email

If the FO advises against travel to a specific destination, we will get in touch (within 48 hours) with customers who are booked to travel. In the meantime, you may find it useful to check out

While travelling, it is sensible to follow the UK NHS advice on hygiene precautions:

If you have a booking and want to change your holiday dates or cancel, please phone or email us to discuss. Generally speaking, if the Foreign Office deems it safe to travel, normal Booking Conditions apply to loss of deposit and cancellation fees. However, we are talking to our airline and hotel partners about their contract terms and if they are flexible with Friendship Travel, we can be flexible with our customers. Because suppliers in different destinations are taking different approaches, we have to approach this on a case by case basis.

Confidence - Friendship Travel has been in business for over 22 years and is fully ATOL bonded (UK government protection) - you will be travelling with an award winning tour operator which has years of experience delaing with a range of situations. Please keep an eye on our Chat Room for further details.

We always advise customers to take out travel insurance at the time of booking. If you have not already done so please check out:
