Pefkos had just a handful of hotels when we arrived in Rhodes 20 years ago: it may have grown into a great all-round resort but its sandy beaches and laid-back charm are unspoiled and this budget-friendly hotel enjoys a prime location.

This is an ideal choice if you love to lie by the pool, sip a cool drink, admire the view and totally relax. It’s also perfect for beach-lovers as it is only 500 meters away from the crystal clear, blue waters.

From Pefkos you can take a local bus or taxi to Lindos resort and also Rhodes Old Town, both great areas to explore on your holiday.

This new Houseparty hotel in the south of Rhodes Island offers our guests a new, modern hotel in a prime location.

Pal’s Hotel & Studios was originally a 12-room property in Pefkos and was transformed into a 24 room hotel, which opened in the  Summer of 2023. New bedrooms were built on the 2nd floor and a brand-new swimming pool was created in the gardens for our guests to enjoy.

Further enhancements and changes will be made during Winter 2023-24. This will include improved gardens and landscaping.

The property does not have a lift and given the amount of steps, is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.

The hotel has a bar and restaurant where you can enjoy drinks and food. New for Summer 2024 – 2 of your included meals will be served at the hotel and 2 will be served in local restaurants.

All rooms are modern, spacious and well furnished with air conditioning and safety deposit boxes included in the holiday price. All rooms have a private balcony with either a inland view or seaview.

Our first-floor rooms have a pool view, are twin bedded and have a small kitchenette with cooking facilities, kettle, fridge and a couch.

Second floor rooms – We offer 4 x rooms with sea and pool views. These are all double bedded and include a fridge and kettle. Plus, we have 4 x rooms with inland and partial sea views. These also are all double bedded and include a fridge and kettle.

(Our prices are based on first-floor rooms with Twin beds supplements payable for second floor rooms.)

Upgrades
2nd floor double bedded room with full sea view is £15 per night and with a inland view and partial sea view- £10 per night.
