So while it might be hard to tear yourself away from BodyHoliday’s idyllic setting and fabulous facilities, a day trip or two, perhaps to Diamond Falls or the drive-in volcano, is well worth the effort.

BodyHoliday resort (formerly LeSPORT) offers guests luxurious accommodation across 155 rooms, including 29 purpose-designed Single rooms, and extensive facilities that include a comprehensive Spa. Set on its own private beach area, the spacious resort is carefully planned to provide room for activities as well as quiet spaces for relaxation and meditation.

The resort is well-managed, constantly evolving to offer guests the best experience. The most recent changes include a new juice bar and sushi counter at Wellness Cafe and a refresh of TAO, the Asian fine dining restaurant. All rooms have new air-con units, with further updates in the resort’s luxurious ocean view and ocean front rooms. Behind the scenes, the main kitchen has had a total update to stay ahead of the highest health and hygiene standards.

There are 3 pools: the Cariblue freeform pool, the Infinity pool by the Pavilion, and the Wellness Centre’s holistic pool, plus a designated swimming and snorkelling area at the beach.

The hotel boasts 4 restaurants offering different styles of food from deli-style lunches to the lovely open-sided Cariblue (restaurants not necessarily all open at the same time). At dinner each night, BodyHoliday Hosts arrange tables of 8 exclusively for the enjoyment of single travellers. Because we offer totally flexible departures to the resort, we cannot guarantee whether or not there will be other Friendship Travel guests at the hotel, but you can expect to meet single travellers from all over the world with plenty of opportunities to meet over dinner, in the Spa, by the pool and during activity sessions.

From the watersports centre, the activities team offers group instruction and equipment for a host of sports on and in the water, as well as on land. Activities include water-skiing, windsurfing, sailing, snorkelling, kayaking and scuba diving (one shore dive per day for certified divers), tennis, archery, fencing, yoga, Tai chi, Pilates and other fitness and relaxation classes.

The Wellness Centre (open 364 days a year) offers every guest an initial assessment which forms the basis for a personal programme, and all guests benefit from one complimentary Spa session every full day of the holiday, with a menu of key treatments to meet your needs, including body wraps, massages, facials and other therapies!

The all-inclusive package means that, as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner each day, all soft and alcoholic drinks – including premium brands and champagne – are included. You can even take afternoon tea if you fancy a snack. As you’d expect, the food is fresh and delicious with plenty of healthy options as well as guilty pleasures.

There’s something happening every evening, from welcome cocktails to beach barbecues. The Clubhouse is the main bar, where much of the nightly entertainment takes place and there is also a piano bar which is open until the last guest leaves.
Please note that BodyHoliday permits children aged 12+ during Christmas, Easter and high summer holidays, but operates a 16+ adult-only policy the rest of the year.

April 2020 sees the introduction of a new St Lucia Tourist Accommodation fee, however, The Body Holiday WILL NOT charge their guests any extra for this as their prices remain inclusive of all taxes and charges.

As far as creature comforts are concerned, single travellers are spoiled rotten! The 29 designated Standard Single rooms are spacious, with a king-sized bed, large windows, marble bathroom, air-conditioning, mini-fridge, hair dryer, free WiFi, iPod dock, bathrobe and beach towels. The décor is cool and sophisticated, with tropical accents and these rooms have a view of the lovely gardens.
