A US-based travel magazine has recently voted Australia the ultimate dream holiday destination. Virtuoso Life readers placed Australia at the top of the list, beating other beautiful countries such as New Zealand and Italy.
The magazine recently published its annual Travel Dreams report and it was announced that Australia had won the award for being the world’s best luxury destination, signalling good news for Australia’s latest tourism efforts. Sydney was also chosen to appear in the top 10 for style and design capitals, unsurprising since Sydney is a huge cultural centre packed with restaurants, bars, first-class shopping and luxurious accommodation.
