The 2012 National Restaurant Awards ceremony saw Shu and Mourne Seafood join the prestigious list. Shu also claimed the award for ‘Best Restaurant in Northern Ireland’ thanks to the efforts of head chef Brian McCann, who created the restaurant’s innovative menu.
