Despite the ongoing financial troubles endemic throughout Europe, Croatian tourism looks set to benefit in the upcoming holiday season according to an Austrian newspaper.
The Austrian Times praised the country’s ‘natural and cultural beauties’ and ‘valuable heritage’, whilst commenting on the value for money available to visitors of this stunning Mediterranean haven will be an attractive pull.
‘This is still a cheap country, but with an offer of quality tourism. Mostly due to spectacular ancient ports and Europe’s most beautiful sea, Croatia is becoming a favourite alternative to the traditional destinations for summer vacation.’
The newspaper report is just the latest of a series of positive pieces surrounding the country in recent times. Now the first choice for many European tourists, Croatia has rocketed to the top of the travellers lists across the world and is a perfect destination for any of those looking to enjoy some unforgettable singles holidays to the region.
