The beautiful and mountainous island of Corsica in the Mediterranean recently welcomed the “Emotion Tour” of the AMG Driving Academy. In the event, supercars from Mercedes-AMG took part in the five-day tour of the island.
According to a report from GTspirit.com, the best cars from Mercedes-AMG – including the A45 AMG, CLA45 AMG, AMG GT S, E63 AMG and C63 AMG – were driven by professionals and novices on the curving roads and coastal highway of the island.
During the tour, drivers were offered a number of magnificent views of the island. Corsica, off the coasts of Italy and France, is a popular resort destination. An ideal location for singles holidays, travellers to the island can enjoy the beach, water sports, or even drive on some of the best roads in the world.
The “Emotion Tour” chose Corsica because it wanted participants to enjoy amazing views whilst driving along its famous roads. The AMG Driving Academy allows car and racing enthusiasts to experience a wide variety of revered motorsport locales. There are events attached to the 24-hour Nurburgring and DTM. Aside from the training programs, the AMG Driving Academy also organises events through picturesque locations like Affalterbach, Cannes, and the polar ice regions.
