Yes you have read that right, the chefs at the unique restaurant cook your food on a giant grill that is placed over a large hole in the ground that uses the geothermal heat from the dormant volcano to cook the food.
Before opening to the public, the owners had the cooking method tested by scientists to check it was safe, who gave it the go ahead.
The restaurant located in the Timanfaya National Parkis an amazing place to eat as it is sits atop the volcano and has dramatic panoramic views that have to be seen to be believed.
