Ibiza has waved goodbye to another superb summer, as The Space nightclub’s closing fiesta marked the end of the season.
The White Isle, a popular destination for singles holidays, saw summer draw to a close on October 6 as the Space Closing Fiesta took place, therefore marking the official end of the summer period in Ibiza.
The final party played host to the Ultra Ibiza Arena, an open air stage which was erected in the car park of the club. The party saw DJs such as Carl Cox, Richie Hawtin, Paco Osuna and Remo all perform, while the club’s main room opened its doors at 9pm and hosted sets from Nicole Moudaber, PleasureKraft, Josh Wink and Uto Karem.
Despite the last summer party just finishing, next June it starts all over again, as the Space nightclub celebrates 25 years on Ibiza.
Techno DJ Carl Cox explains what Space nightclub has meant to him, “I am passionate about every person who comes to see me and it’s phenomenal.
“I don’t get that feeling in any other club I have ever played at.”
