Members of the tourism industry and hoteliers met yesterday to draw up plans on how to promote the islands many great leisure and sporting features.
Mallorca is already extremely popular with a wide variety of visitors each year, who take advantage of everything that the Balearic Island has to offer. Mallorca is popular with singles holidays and offers plenty to see no matter what time of the year.
Both golf and cycling were at the top of the agenda during the tourism meeting and with both activities drawing such large crowds it’s no surprise. Mallorca’s food and drink will also have more emphasis in future promotions of the island.
The new promotion is certainly great news for those travelling to Mallorca who want to get the best out of their holiday break, by finding the best activities and events to experience.
