If you’re not looking for a white Christmas this year, a new study has highlighted the most popular destinations for winter sun that could be just the ticket.
The Canary Islands and the Caribbean are the most popular winter sun travel destinations with British adults this year, according to a study carried out by Censuswide on behalf of Travelzoo. As well as offering sunshine, these destinations are popular for their reputation for being safe.
Other destinations that are set to be popular throughout 2016 are Italy, Spain, Portugal and France. These destinations are perfect for luxury singles holidays, with fine sunshine, a strong pound and a track record for safety making these destinations top of the list for 2016.
And with a white Christmas predicted this year, some winter sun may just be the perfect way to spend Christmas, start off a great 2016, or just escape the chill!
