Our NEW HOUSEPARTY is The Coudour Hotel, a brand new ADULTS ONLY 3 star plus property sandwiched between Spartia and Pessada . The original hotel was known as the Sunrise Inn (offered by TUI UK) and it closed completely in late September 2025 for a complete refurbishment.
Coudour Hotel – Houseparty
The Coudour Hotel is a bright and modern, adults-only 3-star-plus property, completely brand new and set to open in early May 2026. Located between the charming fishing villages of Spartia and Pessada, it offers an authentic taste of Greek tradition. Friendship Travel is pleased to be one of the travel companies offering rooms in this exciting new property, with exclusive use of 16 of the hotel’s 28 rooms.
The hotel is made up of two buildings, each with two floors. The main building, Building A, houses reception and the main amenities and is equipped with a lift, while Building B contains only bedrooms and does not have a lift. If you prefer to use a lift and not stairs please ensure you book your bedroom in the correct building.
The hotel’s inviting pool is surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens, providing stunning views of Mount Ainos. For beach lovers, a sandy shoreline is just 1.5kms away.
Climate Crisis Resilience Fee, sanctioned by the Greek State, was implemented in 2024. If you are staying at The Coudour Hotel this will cost €3 per person per night and is payable to the hotel.
Your Room
All rooms come with a balcony or terrace, plus essentials like Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and a safe.
Prices are based on a garden/mountain view room. Upgrades to a partial sea view room available at an extra £15 per night.
If you have any mobility issues or difficulty with stairs, please inform us at the time of booking and request a room in Building A, which is equipped with a lift for easier access.

In the resort, the host can arrange a number of excursions, these may include cultural, historical and fun activities.
In Kefalonia the excursions may include, boat trips/cruises, sailing, nights out, sightseeing tours and jeep Safari.
These can all be booked at the resort with your Friendship Travel host.
