After a successful Dinner Dance in February, we are pleased to return to the elegant DoubleTree by Hilton on the edge of the Cotswolds. This is your perfect chance to dress up and enjoy an unforgettable night of fun and good food, all while mingling with other solo adventurers.
Rooms will be ready from 3pm onwards but guests can arrive at their leisure.

Double Tree by Hilton Hotel
Set in a Georgian manor nestled on the edge of the Cotswolds, DoubleTree by Hilton Cheltenham‑Cotswolds blends traditional charm with modern comforts.
Facilities include a 15 m indoor heated pool, a heated whirlpool and a well‑equipped gym with cardio machines and fitness classes. The onsite spa offers Elemis treatments in four treatment rooms. Dining options encompass the elegant Lakeside Restaurant and the relaxed Lilley Brook Bar Lounge, plus room service. Itinerary
Saturday 7th
Rooms will be ready from 3pm and your host will greet you on arrival.
If you wish to arrive early, take advantage of the onsite leisure facilities.
In the evening, the host will bring the group together with a pre-dinner glass of fizz, followed by a a delightful 3-course dinner with half bottle of wine per person, followed by a fun-filled disco. The dress code is smart—no black tie required, but gentlemen should wear suits, and ladies are invited to wear cocktail dresses.
Sunday 8th
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast, followed by check-out by 12:00 noon.
Location
Located just off Cirencester Road in Charlton Kings (GL53 8EA), the hotel sits at the southern edge of Cheltenham and the Cotswolds AONB. It’s a scenic two‑mile drive or short taxi ride to the Regency town centre via the A40/A4019, with easy access to the M5 at Junctions 10 or 11.
For rail travellers, Cheltenham Spa station (on the Bristol–Birmingham main line) is approximately a 2.5‑mile journey—around a 10‑minute drive or brief taxi from the hotel.
